Pashmina refers to a type of fine cashmere wool and the textiles made from it. The wool comes from a special breed of goat indigenous to high altitudes of the Himalayas. Pashmina shawls are hand spun, woven and embroidered in Kashmir, and made from fine cashmere fibers. They are known for their softness and warmth. Pashmina’s are the scarf of choice for A-List celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston.
I love Pashmina’s and they are actually a free gift from me if you book a home show. For those of you that are out of state and cannot do a home show with me, you can still get one free with a qualifying show. If you are interested in hearing more about how you can get one for yourself, leave me a comment. Anyone unsure of how you can wear a pashmina, should check this out to see your options.
In friendship and style!
